Residential Rebate Pilot Documents:
The Pilot, funded through the City’s Green Communities Grant, is designed to encourage energy saving investments for residences with 1-4 dwelling units. Residential rebate applicants, please download the following documents for detailed information on this pilot.

- Pilot Guide & Requirements - Spanish Version
- Application Form (with Hazardous Materials & Substances Form to be attached to the application) - Spanish Version of Application
- Agreement - will be sent to the applicant for signature after application is accepted
- Rebate Request - the applicant will need to submit at the completion of approved work
Small Business Assessment Pilot Documents:
The Worcester Small Business Assessment Pilot is an initiative of the Worcester Energy Program which will deliver free energy and sustainability assessments for 25 eligible small businesses. Small Business applicants, please download the following documents for detailed information on this pilot.
